Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Magda piece. However, if you need to make a return, we are here to help. Please review the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, such as the dust bag and tags

  • Show no signs of wear, marks, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Pre-order items

  • Custom designs

  • Discounted or sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at magda.handcrafted@gmail.com with photos. We will assist you immediately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
